Official source
Open the Town of Ocean City Flood Hazard Information page and use the 'Elevation Certificates' link (current folder) or 'Pre 2015 EC Archive' (Laserfiche) to find your property's certificate. The Town also publishes an Elevation Certificates web map (permits from 2016). Questions: Planning & Community Development, 410-289-8855. An unlisted address does not establish that no certificate exists; ask the local floodplain office.
